A work wife is a colleague or friend in the workplace who you can ask questions to that you wouldn't ask HR. The untamed work wife represents being free from the constraints of the workplace and conditioning from past leaders.

Bree answers a question from Angry in Alabama who wants to tell her boss off without losing her job. She explains that employment in the United States is primarily at-will, meaning employees can be terminated for any reason. She suggests journaling as a way to release anger and making a protected report to HR to document inappropriate behavior.
